The Client
Konect Games, a UK start-up, is a premium sports betting game provider to leading global Bookmakers. They put together prestigious casino games (roulette, slots, poker) with sport and produced a new format of betting on LIVE sport.
The Challenge
The product gives access to online betting on sports matches. The client wanted that any person could enter the platform from anywhere and any device, while the platform should remain all the same functions and features on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Thus, Resliv was engaged in testing cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, responsive UI, user-friendly UX, and regression testing.
The Game
We needed to test a Slot Football game. There are two options of how to play it. To start the game, a punter selects a sequence of ‘WHO’ does ‘WHAT’ and ‘WHEN’, chooses the amount of money. Then the system generates odds. An alternative way to play the game is to try the luck and press the red button “spin for a random bet”. Here the system itself generates the sequence. The punter can keep spinning, till they like the sequence and odds, and places the bet.
Solution Overview
- Resliv QA team performed several rounds of cross-browser testing to make sure that the solution runs well on every browser or their versions
- Working together with our client’s developers, we were to verify that after the delivery of a new function, it meets required specifications
- Under the client’s need, we also provided regression testing to guarantee that changes in the code didn’t affect the logic and operations of the platform and already tested features. Thus we tested the platform after each sprint and before new releases
- Recognizing that UI affects the experience of communication between a user and the platform, we checked all the components, menu, buttons, text readability, etc., and verified most of the user activities, the interaction of services and components
Results
We help our client to deliver a useful, functional, and user-friendly product that works without a hitch. The cooperation lasts up to now, the team works on the project, assuring the quality of the product.
